Diamond in the rough! Amazing Italian restaurant in an industrial area. The food was amazing, and the vibe of the place was outstanding! Excellent variety of Italian food for everyone. The pizza was incredible, and so was the pasta. Everything is made from scratch on-site, including all of the pastries. Don't forget to get the gelato to finish off your meal.

We had no idea this gem was here! A lucky discovery for us. The food was delicious,authentic and the service very quick and attentive. The setting, in a large industrial building, adds a neat vibe. The owner was present and so friendly with his diners.

The Mimmo pizza is the best pizza I have had in LA. This unassuming genuine Italian eatery in a secluded little spot is so great. I can’t describe it. We ordered the arancini balls and they were okay. But the pizzas were divine! The Mimmo pizza has fresh homemade bursts on it and at the price point is perfect. The G8 has a slice of everything and is a great sampler for the next time you come back and know which other pizza you want! The complimentary table bread is tasty with the olive oil. The staff were super friendly and humorous, wine was reasonably priced, drinkable and this was a great little hidden gem for the area! Highly recommend.

Served very authentic Italian food. We ordered an appetizer(seafood combination), a lasagna, and a seafood risotto to share for three people. The portion is big, so we couldn’t finish them all. Would love to try their desserts next time. …

Wow, what an excellent restaurant! We went during Covid and sat outside for the state regulations. The food was excellent & the service was great! All of the outdoor packaging was really none too. I look forward to going back soon!

This is my happy place. Best Italian food and service in the South Bay. Everything is fresh and made in-house. It's worth the trip! Great for celebrating or treating yourself to a date worth remembering.

The Pizza is thin and crispy. Sauce got rich flavors also a lot of cheese. The Pasta size is ok. Very full.

The parking lot is tiny - don't even bother trying to find a spot. Park on the street Ambiance : industrial. You are eating in a warehouse Food: They are crazy busy. Why? The pizza is amazing. I haven't had pizza this good since coming back from Europe. This is why everyone comes here.

The sketchy industrial vibes outside can be off putting for some. Warehouses on every block, streets full of 18 wheelers rolling by, and metal bars on windows. But don't judge a book by its cover! With that being said, you won't find me here after 5PM. Lunchtime is fine, but I usually get takeout for dinner. Also the interior lighting has this green tint that makes the food unappetizing when it comes to photo-taking. Ordering online was very easy and the food was ready within a reasonable 20 minutes. Margherita - Simple. Personally I prefer the thick and airy crust of a Neapolitan, but this thin and crispy Roman-style pizza provided a nice contrast to the smooth San Marzano tomato sauce and the melted mozzarella. Something to keep in mind though, basil is an additional $2. Cheesecake - Strawberry preserves on top give it some tartness, not as rich and dense compared to cream cheese-based cheesecakes but this was a unique cottage cheese rendition. Cannoncini - I recommend this! Horned-shaped puff pastries filled with either a sweet custard or chocolate filling. Flaky and creamy! You will find them on the corner of S Broad and W 155th, in unincorporated West Rancho Dominguez (Gardena mailing address). Off-street parking available in the back.

This place is a hidden gem in Gardena. If you like italian food and this place is near where you live. I encourge you stop by and have dinner. The pizza, pasta, salads, they got everything you would like. I have eaten here several times already. The wife and I grsd take out often from here. The owner is at the register when you come in. He knows your name or at least recognizes you when you enter. A smile and nice greeting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Eat here you will not be dissappointed. I love to eatalian.
